1/ About Submit

• How can I know if my submission is successful?
  You will get the paper receiving feedback within 2-3 workdays after your submission. Your paper will be assigned with paper ID.
  
• When can I get the review result?
  Then the paper will be submitted for review, which will take around 20-30 days. The earlier you submit your paper, the earlier result you will get.
  
• When the deadline is up, still can I submit the paper?
  Yes, you can. There will be extension as usual.
  
• What's the difference for full paper submission and abstract submission?
  The full paper submission is for publication purpose, which should be at least at least 4 full pages with one column.
  Abstract submission is for presentation only and participation for the conference. It will be arranged on conference abstract book without publication.

2/ About participation

• How can I attend the conference without any submission?
  You can register as listener to attend directly. You can visit the audience webpage for detail information. (Click)
  
• How about my paper publication if I can't attend the conference for oral presentation?
  For those who can't attend, BDEE can accept the online presentation or video presentation. By this way, your paper still can be published smoothly. But the registration fee will be no any change.
  
• How about my accompanying relatives or co-author to attend the conference?
  All the registered author and invited guest can allow to attend the conference. If you have any accompanying person, he or she needs to register as listener to attend. If it's just a baby, please go to the registration desk for sign-up. You will get a special delegate name tag for your attendance.
  
• How about the accommodation? Will the conference organizer offer it?
  The conference organizer will not offer or help to book your accommodation. Every participant should book it by yourself. Kindly make attention to the personal property safety. The conference organizer will not contact and request you to do any prepay. Don't offer your credit card information to anyone.

3/ About award

• How and when do I know that I win the best paper award?
  All the award will be announced during the conference. The best paper candidate will be informed 10-15 days before the conference date, and the paper should be presented orally.

4/ About refund

• All the refund should be with proper reason that accord with “force majeure” circumstances, not personal reason. The necessary refund application material should be offered. If not, the conference organizer can reject the refund.

• Written requests for cancellations without the above situation must be sent to the Conference Secretary in advance, and part of service charge will incur.

• Cancellations received before March 30, 2027, 10% of registration for handling fee will be charged.
  Cancellations received after March 30, 2027, but before May 30, 2027, 30% of registration for handling fee will be charged.
  Cancellations received after May 30, 2027, but before July 10,2027, 50% of registration fee will be charged.
  Cancellations received after July 10, 2027 will NOT be dismissed and registration fees will not be refunded.
