- Please read carefully before your make the
registration and payment.
- Full registration (both regular and
student) fee includes all the conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks,
attendance to all the conference sessions.
- Full time students MUST provide valid
proofs (copy of a valid student ID card or a letter from their institutions
or program directors) by e-mail (email@example.com ) when
submitting their registration and payment.
- Accompanying person should register as the listener
- Each paper
must have at least one registration. Registrations without appropriate payment
will not be honored until the full payment is received. A confirmation of
registration will be sent upon full payment.
- Additional paper(≥ 2)
registration price is only available for the paper that the first author is
- Only listener can be
allowed to register onsite. Please also submit your registration form in
advance to make the secretary that you will attend in advance.
1. Every participant should wear the name tag during the
whole conference. Only the registered author and invited guest can be allowed to
attend the conference.
2. Please keep all your belongings at any time. The conference
organizing committee will not be responsible for your any loss onsite.
3. Ensure your personal and property safety. The conference
organizing committee or secretary will not call you for any hotel book
reservation or any accommodation prepayment. Don't be cheated.
4. For any contact, our secretary will use the official phone
call or email or wechat to contact you. Thanks for your attention!

The first payment method is recommended, but if you prefer bank transfer, please
contact us for bank details.
When the registration confirmed, we will issue the official receipt of your
payment, you will receive the hard copy receipt together with all conference
materials at the conference spot.
* If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the
scanned version or post you the hard copy (You need to cover the postage)
Due to the publication requirement, all the papers should be presented. We can
understand that the irresistible factor will cause your absence. For author who
can't attend, you can request the co-author attend the conference for
presentation instead of you. The organizing committee only can accept refund
under the “force majeure” circumstances, not the personal reason.
Written requests for cancellations without the above situation must be sent to
the Conference Secretary in advance, and part of service charge will
Cancellations received before March 30, 2022, 10% of registration for
handling fee wil be charged.
Cancellations received after March 30, 2022, but before May 30, 2022, 30% of
registration for handling fee will be charged.
Cancellations received after May 30, 2022, but before July 10,2022, 50% of
registration fee wil be charged.
Cancellations received after July 10, 2022 will NOT be dismissed and registration
fees will not be refunded.
Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under
the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the
conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund
